Mr. Hassan Ali Al Zain, General Manager

Mr. Hasan Al Zain is a Senior Architect who holds the position of General Manager and has over 30 years experience in project management of real estate in the Arabian Gulf region. He brings in his rich experience to lead Caprealco to achieve its business objectives. Mr. Hassan has also led teams from different nationalities in different projects. In Caprealco Mr. Hassan is leading from the front and is responsible for complete operations and strategic decisions of the company.
   

Mr. A.Majeed Ahmed, Finance Director

Mr. Abdul Majeed heads the finance department. He has worked for eight years with the multi-national giant “UNILEVER” in different senior financial and administrational managerial levels. Before Joining CREPC Mr. Majeed had worked for Bahrain Investment Wharf a subsidiary investment project owned by Tameer. Throughout his experience Mr. A.Majeed was involved in many financial and administrational roles including controlling finance and administration activities, audit control, formulation and implementation of management reporting systems, preparing and controlling monthly, quarterly, annual and rolling plan budgets, developing business cases for different project and conducting due diligence and valuation for disposal of businesses. Mr. A.Majeed holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from University of Bahrain and he had attended various courses and seminars on Management and leadership.

 

Mr. Waleed Ahmadi, HR Director

Mr. Walid Al-Ahmadi, is the Director of Human Resource and Administration, he has extensive experience in Human resource planning and development. Mr. Walid has worked for several years with Bahrain Telecommunications before joining Kuwait Finance House and heading its Human Resources Department. At Caprealco Walid’s contribution is highly valuable to deliver Human capital management requirements of a startup company.
